The People Behind PMC Care Bridge Services.
Our founders combine varied experience and a shared commitment to improving local care. Their journeys shaped PMC Care Bridge Services into an organization that values empathy, structure, and human connection.
Portia Agyei Yeboah
Founder & Director for Administration
Portia brings strategic leadership and a strong sense of purpose to PMC Care Bridge Services.
Over a decade in project management, she delivers measurable benefits to individuals and communities. Her hands-on leadership spans education, entrepreneurship, and vocational training to expand opportunities and build local capacity.
She founded and led a social enterprise in Ghana, designing and implementing education, entrepreneurship, and vocational programs for underserved groups, managing design, stakeholder engagement, and monitoring to drive measurable skill and livelihood gains.
Believing in human-centered services, she prioritizes user needs, dignity, and real-world impact in planning, resourcing, and evaluation.
Now heading PMC Care Bridge Services, she builds governance, quality assurance, and outcome-driven systems while maintaining compassionate, results-focused delivery.
Mildred Igo
Founder & Director for Services
Mildred’s journey into the care sector is grounded in both experience and purpose.
After a banking career, she pursued her passion for helping others. For ten years she worked directly in aged care, gaining hands-on experience and learning that quality care requires time, patience, and genuine connection—not checklists. She learned that consistent presence, empathy, listening, and personalized support preserve dignity and improve life quality, and saw systemic flaws: fragmented services, understaffing, and one-size-fits-all care.
Driven to do better, she created a person-centered model—PMC Care Bridge Services—combining managerial skills and frontline insight to raise standards and deliver compassionate, tailored support to individuals and families.
Catherine Igo
Founder & Head of Human Resource
Catherine brings a compassionate, human-centred approach from years in childcare to elder care. She prioritises understanding each person, building trust, and offering patient, attentive support that respects preferences and independence.
Seeing parallels between children and older adults, she emphasises emotional sensitivity, clear communication, and consistency, tailoring care to changing needs rather than using one-size-fits-all solutions.
Her focus on person-centred quality has earned families’ and partners’ trust. At PMC Care Bridge Services she contributes warmth, empathy, and a commitment to safety, dignity, and wellbeing.
